Movement
Yoga and somatic movement offer an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and move with greater awareness. Through gentle, mindful exploration, you’re invited to notice how your body moves and responds — both on and off the mat.

Classes are open to all bodies and experience levels; no prior yoga or movement experience is required. The practices I offer are choice-based and permissive, inviting you to move in ways that feel safe, respectful, and supportive of your body’s unique needs. Space is always made for individual pacing, rest, and self-regulation.

This body-led approach supports physical, emotional, and mental well-being while complementing other therapeutic care. Movement practices may be integrated alongside manual therapy or rehabilitation to support lasting and sustainable change.

Movement is offered through several formats, allowing you to explore practices that support body awareness, resilience, and nervous system regulation.
"Movement is the essence of life."

Community Service
Supporting those who serve their communities is deeply personal to me. As a former first responder and spouse to a member and veteran, I have volunteered my time over the past several years to offer free yoga classes for first responders and frontline workers.

This work reflects a belief that those who support others also deserve spaces for rest, recovery, and care. Offering accessible, supportive movement is one small way I can give back to the communities that give so much.

Organizations interested in collaboration or community offerings are always welcome to get in touch.
