Manual Therapy & Integrative Bodywork

Manual therapy offers a thoughtful, whole-body approach to care — particularly helpful when symptoms are complex or persistent.

Through intentional, therapeutic touch, treatment supports healing across multiple systems of the body — physical, neurological, and connective tissue. Each session begins with listening: understanding your goals, your experience, and what your body is communicating.

Care is guided by a whole-body assessment of posture, movement, and soft tissues so treatment can be thoughtfully tailored to your needs. A range of therapeutic techniques may be integrated to support balance, ease, and recovery.

My practice focuses on complex and persistent presentations that benefit from patience, precision, and nervous system awareness — especially for those who feel they’ve tried everything.

Therapeutic Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage focuses on hands-on treatment of muscles and soft tissues to reduce pain, restore movement, and support recovery. Techniques may include myofascial work, trigger point therapy, and targeted therapeutic massage.

Treatment is guided by assessment and adapted to your body’s needs on that day, whether the focus is relieving tension, addressing injury patterns, or supporting ongoing pain management.

This approach is particularly helpful for muscular pain, postural strain, injury recovery, and chronic tension patterns.

Precision Manual Therapy

Precision manual therapy uses gentle, highly skilled techniques to work with the nervous system and deeper structures of the body.

Sessions may incorporate craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and neural manipulation. These approaches help release tension, restore mobility, and support communication between the nervous system and connective tissues.

Treatment may involve working with the head and spine, internal organs and surrounding tissues, or nerves and their pathways to address patterns that are often subtle or persistent.

Acupressure & Meridian Massage

Acupressure and meridian-based massage offer a gentle, integrative approach that supports balance within the body and nervous system.

Working with traditional meridian pathways and acupressure points, treatment aims to release tension, support circulation, and encourage the body’s natural capacity for regulation and restoration.

This work may be integrated into a manual therapy session or offered as a focused treatment, depending on your needs. Over time, it can support a greater sense of ease, balance, and overall well-being.

Giving Back

I believe care should be accessible whenever possible, regardless of financial circumstances.

I offer a small number of complimentary sessions for individuals who may not otherwise be able to access care. Supporting access to care is a small but meaningful part of how I practice and give back.

If this support feels relevant for you or someone you know, you are welcome to reach out to explore whether working together might be possible.
