Caitie Olson – Somatic Practitioner
Specialities: Somatic coaching and body-based nervous system work supporting stress regulation, emotional processing, and reconnection with the body. Their approach blends guided body awareness, movement, and trauma-informed somatic practices to support individuals in releasing tension and developing a greater sense of safety and connection within their bodies.

Brenda Berube, Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, Yoga Association of Alberta Certified
Specialties: Therapeutic yoga supporting individuals living with cancer and those experiencing movement challenges. Group and private sessions focus on developing body awareness and improving movement while reducing compensation patterns.
